Reed graduated from Iowa State University’s College of Design with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of architecture and has the ability to organize and manage projects as well as the staff needed to ensure that projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Reed brings along his organizational skills as well as strong work ethic and a cooperative, team-building attitude.
Reed started as draftsman and worked his way up to project manager for various AMC multi-plex theaters and was a member of the team responsible for their 24-plex and 30-plex prototype design layouts. He was a project manager for various Borders Bookstores including both shell and interior finish projects. He was also project manager and/or team member for four multi-unit assisted living facilities, commercial site planning and other small commercial building projects.
Reed has been the lead project manager for Sprint-Nextel and T-Mobile Retail Stores for the last 16 years and has been responsible for scheduling the workload of 500+ stores as well as directly managing many of those projects.
