Payton graduated from Kansas State University in 2022, with a Master of Architecture Degree while completing the Kansas City Design Center Program. During his studies, Payton gained valuable experience with an internship in Northwest Arkansas. He joined the Architecture Department at Perspective Architecture + Design in 2022 following his graduation.

Payton’s professional experience includes Educational (secondary and higher), Corporate, Master Planning (corporate, university, and public), Retail, and Interior Design project types. His experience with a variety of projects has endowed him with valuable expertise and a broadened perspective, helping to curate a comprehensive skill set.

Payton’s passion for design is fueled by creating an enjoyable experience through his work that brings the client’s vision to life. He understands the importance of good client relationships and works hard to listen and understand their vision and needs. Payton is accustomed to working in a dynamic and adaptable work setting, where he takes pride in serving as a helpful resource for his clients and design team.
